Refund Policy

As we operate on a Cash on Delivery model, refunds are handled through direct bank transfer once the returned item passes our quality check.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned product. Funds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days after initiation.

Refund Mode

Refunds are processed to your provided bank account via NEFT/UPI transfer. Please share accurate account details when requested.

Non-Refundable Cases

Products returned in used, washed or damaged condition, or without original tags will not qualify for a refund.
