Return Policy

We want you to love what you buy. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns under the terms below.

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by writing to shreegopalcreatiion@gmail.com with your order reference number.

Eligible Items

Products must be unused, unwashed and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Innerwear, socks and altered garments are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address wherever the pincode is serviceable.

Quality Check

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
